1999 Civic LX with integrated head cat?
I have a 1999 Civic LX with chat built into the exhaust manifold. I want to get a new exhaust from the descent on the frame the vendor says I need a driving test. Will I still be able to pass emissions if I have a cat built into the headers and test pipe on the exhaust. So how can it effect the sound?
You would probably want to keep the cat just get a cat exhaust, you should pass an e if you let the cat
