Strange noise coming from front right side of 91 Corolla?

The sound is more when I have someone on the passenger seat as when I'm alone in the car. During filming on a parking lot, or when you leave little more than "hollow" of the road, there is a noise coming from the direction Passenger front that resembles a game of hit the broad framework of the car ... like a hard rubber hammer tapping the screen on that side. The axles are new CV ... just replaced them last month. This noise is present in over a year now. The best way I can compare it is like when you bounce on a bed --- the box springs and metal will crack "Pang" noises as you move. Does that make sense? Also, I have replaced the slats on all four wheels, but the car still collapses when more than one adult is riding it. What gives? Another note: I watched under the car, and there are no spare parts "hanging" that could be causing the noise.
