Bill Richardson should withdraw from the presidential race to run for the seat of Senator Domenici's?
I know he says he will not do, but perhaps not what is best for him and the party. I am a big support Bill Richardson, but I think that perhaps it would better run for the open Senate seat in New Mexico. Wizards, it is interesting you say he needs more experience. Bill Richardson, who served New Mexico's 3rd district for 14 years in Washington, has more experience then legeslative Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, John Edwards or Fred Thompson.
I see your question has introduced the "We hate people of other heritage" Republicans of the woodwork ... I like it, because I think he put the state a lot at stake for them Dems, but it seems he ruled. If someone else is Dem candidate, it is difficult to see that race as one of the most high profile. But stranger things have happened.
