When was the first bed race car made?
To clarify, I mean something along the lines of the bed in this picture: http://www.greatplans.com/images/race_car_bed_2.gif
The GT cars formula 1 (as this style of bed is patterned after) became popular in the early sixties, so I guess in the mid - sixties.
