What is the best exhaust for my Mazda RX8?
I like the sound of the exhaust b & b, but I want to know what system exhaust gives the most hp and torque at the wheels. as if I had bought just silent is it the same as the exhaust complete? I already 2.5 pipe, and the b & b kit comes with 2.5. so whats the difference if I am the kit or just quiet
There bottom is much more to develop an exhaust system for a naturally aspirated engine that increases the diameter of the pipe and throwing on the silent broadband. Doing the above may end up lowering your HP and / or the couple just as easily as rise. NA engines create pulses of exhaust who travel down the exhaust track. At times these pulses reflect back up the system and frequency that is happening and how they respond in pulses from the drastic effects total HP and torque numbers, and at what RPM these numbers are created. A well regulated system will exhaust the best power within specific ranges rev. The chances of you "Lucking" by making what you own are slim. And do not think not the hype that many manufacturers state in their literature. Some are true only in a small set of perfect conditions ... and some are falsehoods that made the phrase "come to the XX over HP" "until" they can say just about anything. Mazda has done a very good job focusing on leaving the RX8 and a standard Cat-back upgrade "May" gives you 4-5 HP.
