took my jeep in the recall e22, I have a bad catalytic converter and it has not been replaced ..?
the lady who owned my jeep before me had never been received for the reminder. The recall is expected be reprogrammed my PCM and inspect my converter catalytic. if my catalytic converter was bad, they are required to replace it for free. the dealer told me my catalytic converter is perfectly well that I know is not true. a rattle of the catalytic converter can be heard, and its origin, as my jeep, one ton of problems such as rough idling and stalling. I know that many things can cause this, but my non-dealer mechanic said he is positive that's my problem. Is there something I can do to replace the dealer yesterday they Shouldve? I can understand they want to just hand them, or make a ton of work for free, but it was covered by my point.
A cat can be cracked, and even do job wise emissions. I know that mine has passed the emission test in the UK witha rattling cat. While the cat is not the work of the dealer might want to leave it as is. If you think we need to change, why not contact the regional director Jeep and ask for there input on the subject?
