Pro-tuning my WRX, worth it?

ok i have 2004 WRX Stage 2 OTS map using Cobb, do you guys think its worth protuning? Current Mods are Bellmouth invidia downpipe, HKS intake, sti cat back, and a pulley light weight. Will also be in sti uppipe replacing the catted and sti top mount. So the protune worth the OTS Cobbs? Do I feel a difference? Forgot to mention that this will be a road tune and the tuner is to charge me $ 150 for an air yeah Pro using the PA is more expensive so im going open source
