You need an installation kit for all car radios?
Can you buy just the stereo install? Or have you to buy other stuff? And if you do not need other things, what you need?
I agree with other posters, it depends. If your radio has a stock sleeve that holds it in place, and the new radio will fit in, then nothing you do not need another. Now if the radio has a stock on the sleeve, then youre going to have to buy one. you do not need wiring harness, but it is a good install EAIS if you buy a new harness that plugs directly into the son of factory. You can cut both ends on the wiring harness, and then individually weld son together, but it just takes a long time. In addition, if your new radio does not come with a piece of finishing, you may need to buy one, but used only for aesthetics, so it's not a necessity. In addition, not all the radios antenna connectors are the same. There are two types that are most common, and if your new radio doesn't have the right connector, you're going to have to buy a converter. Now some other things to consider. Some radios stock cars were built in isolators ground loop. This cleans the earth connection, so it doesn't pickup interference from other electrical appliances (usually the fuel pump).
