Nissan Altima idler pulley should be replaced?
I have a 2000 Nissan Altima and my husband is trying to remove and replace tensioner pulley. Problem? No clue as to idler pulley is mounted on a semi-flat mounting bracket which, in turn, mounted on three points using bolts that hold the chain of distribution coverage. You have to climb down the engine of temporary support and pull the best motor mount to to descend. _ Temp support to the front of the engine below _ pull the engine front mounting _ Remove the three bolts fixing the lazy fish _ Mount Assembly-the and replace the tensioner bearing
