OT I used to be in great shape. How can I lose weight for good?
I was in great shape until I've been 23 years. I went on anti-depressants and I gained 45 pounds in a year and a half. ADS have been out for two years but the weight did not work. What should I do? I am a 29yo man. Thank you
Looks like you're only happy when you're fat. If you lose weight that you may suffer from depression again. My advice is to gain even more weight - then you'll be so glad you do not care about diabetes or the risk of heart attack.
