How can you develop your custom content for Halo 3?

In Halo 3, it keeps saying that I am a candidate to close personalized content up, is there a way to expand it. And no, I do not mean just delete your useless crap.

There are some things you can do. 1.) Do what you have described by removing all unnecessary files. 2.) Create a new account where you can simply transfer Files on this account. (To do this you must either have an Xbox Live Gold on both accounts. From there, you can put files you want on your 1st account and download them to your 2nd account. Or simply log into your 1st Account, select the file you want across the hall in terms of what it is. Eg: If a game mode / map you get is the lobby custom games or forge lobby. If this is a movie you visit the hall of the theater. And once you're in the lobby, simply disconnect and then to your 2nd account. It should be in your recent files folder.) As far as I know, these are the only ways to develop your file storage limit. Bungie strictly so you can have 100 customized files on any account, regardless of how much. And it's not like you sharing files you can use Microsoft Points to develop.
