Does anyone know where I might find an adapter for recharging small bottles of propane from a bulk tank?
Several years ago the practice of filling propane vehicles was common in rural areas. The tractor would also be filled from your pool house. Let me first start by going to a local propane or butane retailer and ask this question for them. Regulations you may prevent to do this in your area. There is a local business in my hometown who regularly fills their bottles from a larger pool. They do not send employees to training because it can be very dangerous if not handled properly. When I visit where I get mine filled, I see they have directions that must be followed. The amount put in the bottle is weighed, as they should not be satisfied beyond a certain level. Your local dealer can give you what you need and they are a great source of information and training possible safety. Best of luck.
