Arm Urethane

How would you control arm bushings with grease?

I have a Skunk2 suspension (dampers, spare upper control arm and poly-urethane bushings) on my Honda Civic. He has been grinding for a while now and I isolated the noise on the pads. I some synthetic grease for lubrication and I told the dealer to lube up the sleeves - but of course they refuse to hard to cope any spare part, it is even far greater than the factory parts. So I'll take to my local mechanic, but I wondered what to be involved. I saw a youtube video on replacing the bushings BMW and the author says that the "shuttle and springs" should be greased for polyurethane bushings not to grind - whatever those two words mean I do not know. Do they have to take the whole arm and pull the arm bushing lubricant?

They refer to the sides of metal pads where cons. You can get a small grease gun and fill it with fat synthesis, you'll need to get a needle tip of your grease gun, allowing the grease to be injected into restricted spaces. You can do this yourself as the fat layer rings will be as long as you use the tip of the needle on your grease gun.
