Engineering! But which one?
I wondered where the engineering courses are the hardest? I wondered who among them provide work for large companies such as NASA or Boeing. You see I am in a dilemma - I can not choose the party to do - Mechanical, Aerospace (Aeronautical) or electrical engineering. Please help me. A suggestion of some good universities are welcome. You can work for NASA or be like any of the foregoing. Boredom can I see coming for you, personal experience each, I know who came to work for one of these places in the past ... they do not like it and were happy to be outside. My own and rather limited, but still non-zero exposure to the aerospace industry confirms that there is much misery around where people build things that fly to live. And I suppose can not be otherwise: what must be done to be successful on the level of the organization can not take too much respect for the personal happiness of the individual employees. It is a difficult undertaking. In short, it takes a very special mentality and political skill to be successful in these organizations. In addition, if you're interested in top notch, state engineering of art, you will find that neither the place: where security is paramount, the most advanced ideas for it is facing early. So I guess it depends on what you are most attracted by the prospect of being an engineer or has around these organizations? If it is the latter, you'll be very disappointed and if it is not the first, you will find it difficult to study engineering first. I do not know if this is helpful, but I thought someone should give you a warning.
